Our Story
Finer Embroidery is a family-owned embroidery and uniform supplier based in Wodonga, Victoria, proudly servicing businesses, schools, sporting clubs and organisations across the Albury–Wodonga region and beyond.
Founded in October 1992 by John and Glen Harding, the business was built on decades of family experience in textile manufacturing. What began as a small operation with a single Barudan embroidery machine in a home garage has grown into one of the region’s most trusted providers of professional embroidery and branded workwear.

Growing with the Industry
As demand grew, Finer Embroidery expanded its capabilities and customer base. In 1999 the business moved into a larger commercial premises in Wodonga, introducing a dedicated showroom where customers could view garment ranges, embroidery samples and uniform options.
During this expansion the company also invested in Australia’s first 15-colour Barudan embroidery machine, allowing for more detailed logos, improved colour matching and higher production capacity.
Today, Finer Embroidery continues to invest in modern embroidery technology and production equipment to deliver consistent, high-quality results for businesses of all sizes.
